LESS THAN 3 MONTHS BEFORE OCTOBER 2013 TRIAL, TOM GIRARDI CANCELS TRIAL WITHOUT TELLING PLAINTIFFS
In a shocking turn of events, plaintiffs are informed on Thursday, September 5, 2013 that Tom Girardi ordered the court to cancel the trial against NBC Universal days earlier providing the legally fraudulent excuse that 'NBC wants to conduct more depositions on plaintiffs' (original depositions conducted in Los Angeles in February 2008). This effectively killed the case and adding insult to injury, Judge Nora Manella (associated with Tom Girardi) ruled on an appeal initiated without plaintiff knowledge and by plaintiffs' own attorney Tom Girardi, that plaintiffs missed an attorney 101 statute of limitations (as did roughly 30 judges and dozens of attorneys), overruling Judge Ernest M. Hiroshige's July 31, 2013 summary judgement ruling.
WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE WINNING LAWSUIT WAS CANCELLED?
On the heels of the dubious Judge Manella ruling, Larry Montz and Daena Smoller are blacklisted throughout Hollywood. At the same time, Tom Girardi and his wife, Erika Jayne Girardi, are welcomed as a new housewife and her husband on the NBC Universal / Bravo franchise, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS.
